This precious family recently welcomed their second baby last summer and I was honored to photograph baby Rory's maternity and lifestyle newborn session. Brielle and Kevin are the kindest souls and are so wonderful to work with, I have loved getting to watch Madeline grow over the past couple years and, now, baby brother! It's so much fun getting to capture families as they grow and welcome new additions.

We captured their maternity photos outdoors on a beautiful, but warm, sunny day in May at the Red River National Wildlife Refuge in Bossier. It is so lush and green outside in the summer, which I love; the refuge offers so much greenery and nature, it truly is a photographer's paradise.

The refuge has a gorgeous spot for sunset photos on the levee and it was perfect for their last portraits as a family of three, (almost) a family of four! Brielle's blue and white floral dress was perfection and she was glowing. It was fun (and a nice workout!) following around after Madeline and capturing the curious mind toddlers have, she loved exploring all the rocks and nature the trails had to offer. This family were absolute troopers with the hot weather but the results were definitely worth it! I also will be sharing Rory's gorgeous lifestyle newborn photos on the blog so be sure to check those out too.

Enjoy!
